I want to switch a 12 V, 15 A resistive heater from a 3.3 V microcontroller pin using an IRLZ44N. From the datasheet: what's its continuous drain current rating, what RDS(on) does it guarantee and at what gate voltages, and is it fully on at 3.3 V? Roughly how much power will it dissipate when on?
